New Years Eve Events in Savannah Georgia
You won’t want to miss the New Year’s Eve fireworks on Tybee Island. The fireworks ring at the stroke of midnight so you can enjoy the fireworks display from the pier, the beach or anywhere on the east side of the island.
At the Savannah Theatre, located at 222 Bull St, ring in the New Year in style at one of Savannah’s oldest theaters. Tickets are $55 for adults and $25 for children 17 and younger. There will be dancing, entertainment, festivities and music.
At the Dosha Bar and Club Located at 128 E. Broughton St enjoy the big countdown with prizes, happy hour drink specials, music and entertainment.
The Annual New Year’s Eve Blowout is happening at Fannies on the Beach. Enjoy music by the Christy Alan band from 9 PM to 1 AM, breakfast buffet and champagne toast at midnight. Cost is just $15 per person.
Feeling a little secretive this year? Join us for the VIP Masquerade Charity Ball at Billy’s Place located at 20 East Perry St. on the second floor. This is a black-and-white tie optional event and the cost is $150 per person or $275 per couple and includes dinner, a bottle of wine, valet parking, champagne toast and lots of events and entertainment.
Maybe something a little more laid back? Join the Savannah riverboat cruises on December 31 from 6 to 9 PM and start your celebration early with the house entertainment and buffet dinner for the whole family. The cost is $54 for adults and $30 for children 4 to 12 years old. Children three and under are free. In addition to this cruise there’s also a cruise that starts at 7:30 PM to 12:30 AM which will feature surf and turf dinner buffet, live entertainment, cash bar, and champagne toast at midnight. This cost is $165 per person.
The Great Gatsby New Year’s Eve Bash is happening at 7 PM December 31 at the Bloody Point Golf Club and Eagle’s Nest Restaurant. This is a Great Gatsby themed evening featuring music by the Swinging Harpoon Band, endless champagne, dinner buffet and dancing until midnight and beyond.
New Year’s Eve on the river starts at 8 PM at Rousakis Plaza at 115 East River St. Enjoy music and midnight fireworks; this is a free event to the public.
