The Hunt Club is a brand-new urban home community located off of Jimmy Deloach Parkway in North Pooler Georgia. This low country community features impressive floor plans built by Beazer Homes. All the homes feature 100% Energy Star Certified construction in one and two-story floor plans.

Hunt Club is located about 20 minutes west of Savannah with easy access to Interstate 95 and Interstate 16. This collection of 11 new homes feature sizes from about 1600 ft.² to over 3200 ft.² priced from $175,000.

There are seven distinct floor plans, each with a two-car garage. The Franklin and Hamilton featured single-story floor plans from 1600 ft.² to 1750 ft.² starting at $170,000. The layouts are available in three, four, and five bedroom designs. The Lincoln, Madison, Cleveland, McKinley and Rushmore all feature two-story layouts with a two-car garage from 2075 ft.² to 3233 ft.² for the Rushmore design. These two-story homes start at about $185,000. Each home features a monthly average savings on utilities between $95 and $142 due to their excellent Energy Star design.

The Hunt Club is nestled off of Serengeti Boulevard surrounded by other similar subdivisions and homes. With one entry way off of Jimmy DeLoach Parkway, residents fill safe and comfortable knowing that there is no through-street connecting to major freeways or highways.

Residents of the Hunt Club utilize the Pooler school district and are served by the Pooler elementary school, the West Chatham middle school and Groves high school.

Hunt Club and Beazer Homes are the first homes in the left when you enter the community. Most lots are between 7000 ft.² and 10,000 ft.² with paved driveways and available street parking. Hunt Club is a great location for anyone looking to live just outside of the city but within 15 to 20 minutes for modern conveniences, shops and restaurants. Willow Point is a new home community built by Landmark 24 homes. This small subdivision is home to wonderful amenities and a laid-back lifestyle. Homes are between 1300 ft.² and 4200 ft.² with 3 – 5 bedroom floor plans. Each home has a two-car garage with an optional bonus room adding the spaciousness when you need it.

Willow Point is located in the famous Highlands neighborhood just minutes to shops, restaurants and basic necessities. There are 11 home styles to choose from price from about $170,000. There are a variety of one and two-story floor plans starting with the Mount Pleasant layout featuring nearly 1300 ft.², three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage. Willow Point is located in the coveted Savannah/Chatham County School District; residents utilize the Godly Station School and the Robert W Grove high school.

Willow Point has its own Homeowners Association located at 210 Highlands Blvd. in Pooler. The HOA meets at 6:00pm and all residents are encouraged to participate. Willow Point also features biannual yard sales in April and September. Garage sales are only permitted on specific dates; check with the homeowners association for regulations. The HOA also features a neighborhood watch program and participants are encouraged to join if possible.

Ardsley Park

Ardsley Park – Savannah’s Historical Masterpiece

Ardsley Park is a small neighborhood located in downtown Savannah between Montgomery Street and Abercorn Street, north of Columbus Drive and south of Victory Drive. One of the oldest neighborhoods in Savannah and originally developed in 1910, the homes that are currently in Ardsley Park date back to the 1930s and 40s and are considered some of the most extravagant mansions in the city limits.

Beautiful tree-lined streets, established landscape and historical style architecture grace the streets and avenues in this historical neighborhood.

Often referred to as Chatham Crescent, the neighborhood features historical homes and grand architecture priced from $300,000 to over $1 million depending on size and condition. Several homes are even listed on the National Register of Historical Homes, many of which were added in 1985. This particular neighborhood is a 20th century variant of Oglethorpe’s original plan for Savannah. There are crescent shaped avenues and small circular parks incorporated into a basic grid pattern. The majority of homes were built in the first half of the 20th century offering unique late to Victorian architectural styles to many of the homes in the neighborhood.

Ardsley Park

This is a great location boasting a unique walk score as well, but it is far enough away from the bustle of downtown to provide a peaceful residential neighborhood. Children and families can walk or ride bikes to the schools and parks nearby yet residents have easy access to the south side shopping malls, markets, banks and stores.

The majority of folks that choose Ardsley Park as their primary neighborhood are open-minded, empty-nesters, affluent families, and anyone looking to restore or live in a beautiful historical neighborhood.

The schools in Ardsley Park are part of the Chatham County school District and utilize the Ellis elementary school or the JG Smith elementary school, the Derenne or Hubert Middle school and the Savannah Arts and Jenkins high school. The Savannah Arts Academy is located with in the neighborhood and receives a near-perfect score from great schools.org

Brigham Lakes is a small subdivision located off of Highway 144 in Richmond Hill Georgia just south of the Keller intersection. Even though it’s extremely close to Keller, it is still considered a Richmond Hill address.Brigham Lakes Richmond Hill Georgia Homes and Real Estate

Brigham Lakes offers numerous single-family homes built between 2002 and 2008 price from $250,000-$380,000. These homes are located in Bryan County and are part of the Richmond Hill school district.

These homes are built around a beautiful fishing lagoon and because these homes are outside of the actual city limits they may not require flood insurance and residents do not pay city taxes. (Be sure to check with current listings on specifics for taxes, insurance and fees).

This community is located about 30 minutes south of downtown Savannah and about 10 minutes from Richmond Hill. Residents and their guests include a pool, bathhouse, children’s playground, sidewalks and lush landscaping. Most of the homes average at about 2000 ft.² to 2500 ft.² with three and four bedroom options, 2 to 3 bathrooms and two car garages. Homeowner’s dues are approximately $300 per year but again, check with current listings on specific fees.

These homes sit alongside the Sweet Hill Creek and several homes along Sweet Hill Rd have docks and boat access to the river. Several homes at the entrance of Brigham Lakes have access to the small lagoon located on the corner of Sweet Hill Road and Brigham Dr.

These homes are popular with first-time homebuyers, retirees, move-up homebuyers or anyone looking for a home on larger lots, outside the city limits of Richmond Hill but yet just 30 minutes from Savannah. Residents are close to Fort Stewart and these homes sell quite quickly for military families that need to sell and move fast.

Waterford Landing – Richmond Hill Subdivision – Duplexes and Houses

Waterford Landing is a subdivision in Richmond Hill Georgia consisting of numerous duplexes and single-family homes. These single and two-story homes are nestled along the Jericho River. Many homes offer deep-water access such as those along Waterford Landing and Cranston Dr.

Most of the lots in Waterford Landing are about ¼ to ½ acre, and most of the homes were built in the mid-1990s; some homes were constructed in the last 10 years. Homes range in size from 1600 ft.² to 3200 ft.² and are typically priced from $280,000-$700,000.Waterford Landing

Waterford Landing is located in Bryan County and offers numerous wooded common area spaces, beautiful views and several homes on the golf course. Most homes offer views of the local greenery or the marshes.

This golf course community features an 18-hole, par 71, country club golf course, which includes a pro shop, clubhouse, pool and boat ramp.

Residents are in the Richmond Hill school district and utilize the Richmond Hill elementary school, the Richmond Hill middle school and the Richmond Hill high school. All of these schools have excellent standards by great schools.org.

Waterford LandingCurrently there is no information on a homeowner’s association but check with current listings and pricing for any additional HOA Fees and dues. The community does offer playgrounds, common areas, trails and road maintenance.

In addition to single-family homes there are also duplex cottages available starting at just $200,000. Residents are just 30 minutes from downtown Savannah and Fort Stewart and about 10 minutes from downtown Richmond Hill.
