Buckhead Subdivision in Richmond Hill GA

Buckhead Subdivision in Richmond Hill GAJust 20 miles from downtown Savannah Georgia is the premier community of Buckhead. Located off Bryan Neck Road, south of Richmond Hill, the small community covers over 270 acres and numerous homes and smaller neighborhoods. Home prices started about $350,000 and there are several homes along the river with deep water capabilities. Homes range from two, three, four, five and even six bedroom floor plans with 2 to 4 bathrooms, 2000-5000 ft.² of living space priced up to $1.6 million. The Buckhead subdivision features riverfront and marsh front homes and numerous amenities including tennis courts, recreational park, sports fields, and clubhouse facilities. There’s even a swimming pool and miles of bicycle and walking trails and water features.

Buckhead is located in a private homeowners association founded in 1993. Homeowner’s dues vary per subdivision and home size.

Within the Buckhead subdivision are six distinct neighborhoods:

Brighton: This neighborhood is the newest and last phase of the Buckhead subdivision with exclusive homes built by Homes of Integrity

Cambridge: Features homes on larger lots, wooded areas and large front and back yards. These are one and two story layouts.

Laurenburg: 3 and 4 Bedroom homes on large lots along Laurenburg Dr.

Plantation: This neighborhood is close to the park with estate lots and easy access to numerous surrounding trails.

Princeton: this smaller subdivision has some of the larger lots along Rathlin Road

McLaughlin: These are several smaller lots along McLaughlin court with easy access to the park and the center of the community.

Windsong: Has a wide variety of homesites along Windsong drive and Windsong Lane just west of the Princeton neighborhood.

The covenants and bylaws are available on the Buckhead HOA.com website or by calling us with specific questions. Brighton is the only one with a specific covenants and conditions based on the elevation of dwellings.
