Richmond Hill, Georgia
Along Georgia’s colonial coast is Richmond Hill, a five star community, expected to grow exponentially in the present and near future. Two more elementary schools and middle schools have recently been added to the Bryan County School District, which serves Richmond Hill, in order to meet the demand. No wonder it’s one of the fastest growing communities in the nation!
Located just twenty minutes from Savannah, the community is obviously rich in history and natural beauty. It’s dubbed, “The City Henry Ford Built” as he and his wife, Clara, fell in love with it in 1925, making Richmond Plantation their home. However, that’s not the only reason people visit Richmond Hills and then decide to stay. Many residents rave about the excellent school system, low property taxes and the abundant opportunities to live work and play.
