Rivers — Savannah, Tivoli, Lincoln, Ogeechee, Jericho, ICW Wilmington, Back, Belfast, Forest, Vernon, Moon, Bull, Skidaway, and Herb.
Creeks — Betz, Camoose, ICW St. Augustine, Horse Pen, Demeries, Grimball, Maulden Branch, Turners, Delegal, Adams, Franklin, Bradley, and Hoover.

As of the date of this writing, the Savannah Area, including Chatham, Effingham, and Bryan Counties, has 101 actively listed homes located on rivers or creeks. Not the least of these rivers is the Savannah River. It has a long history and commands a very interesting narrative. Running directly through downtown Savannah, this magnificent river with its huge barges and ocean-going vessels form the backdrop for homes, townhomes, historic buildings containing condominiums, and let us not forget River Street .
